Due to the personalised nature of our products, all items are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded once the design has been approved.

Before production, a digital design preview will be sent for approval.
Please note that this preview is provided as a screen-based template only and not a physical printed sample.

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to lighting and screen display variations.

Once the design is approved, no further changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
